The Position

If you live and breathe digital marketing, we’d love to talk with you. We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to develop, implement, track and optimize our digital marketing campaigns across all digital channels.

This is a very exciting opportunity for a growing company. The slate is pretty clean and there is a ton of opportunity for someone who is driven, creative, and loves coming up with unique ideas for lead generation and awareness.

In this position, you will be responsible for the management of our digital platforms, including developing strategies to increase lead generation (paid social, content syndication, Google AdWords), optimize the company website (SEO), manage automation campaigns within Hubspot, manage our social media platforms, including the company blog, and monitoring performance to measure success.

 

Principal Duties and Responsibilities

  • Manage and execute on all lead generation campaigns.
  • Design, build and maintain our social media presence.
  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals.
  • Identify areas of opportunity for content and content-driven B2B campaigns.
  • Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
  • Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies.
  • Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience.
  • Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
  • Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners.
  • Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate.

 

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • BS/MS degree in marketing or a related field
  • Proven working experience in digital marketing, specifically Hubspot, WordPress, LinkedIn, and Google AdWords and Analytics
  • Demonstratable experience in driving leads through a variety of tactics and driving growth within an organization
  • Demonstratable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns
  • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
  • Experience in optimizing landing pages
  • Experience in developing and automating nurture programs
  • Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments
  • Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Search Console, etc.)
  • Working knowledge of ABM ad serving tools (e.g., Terminus, Rollworks)
  • Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns
  • Working knowledge of HTML
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement

Will require working under stressful conditions due to deadlines and time constraints. The work environment is a typical office environment. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.

The position may involve some travel (including overnight travel), most likely in the range of under 5% on average, but potentially higher during occasional peak periods.
